	If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

8. Clients make payment for balance and Excellentpromos Ship the goods . Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.

9. Order can be say "finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .
